Eee PC 1015PEM
Selling at P20,000 locally, this netbook is already a steal. Techpinas even mentioned that this products sells as low as 17,000 on some store. Although I can suggest that you wait for 1015PN which is the same laptop as 1015PEM but with Nvidia's ION2 graphics card instead of an Intel GMA 4150 graphics , better in terms of graphics performance.
