I found an article at

AppMe , its a widget making web application. The fact that AAS mention its so easy to create a widget with appme makes me want to try it with this blog.
And so i head on to
http://appme.eve-c.org/start
What you need to do is just to supply the 1) widget name, 2) URL of the website and 3) select an icon or create your own and give it to AppMe. After that your widget will be created and is ready for download.
